Fe updated daily sanitation record to include checking backflow prevention as part of the safety of water. FE implemented monitoring procedures to include keeping records of finished product labels for the presence of allergens (this is for Mullet Roe not in the physical form of fish) . Haccp Plan for Mullet Corrective action at the Equipment Check Step for the presence of metal was updated to include correcting the cause of the deviation .
