Specifically, observed 6 cases of Chiquita Banana boxes filled with individually wrapped packages of ready-to-eat rice paper noodles. The packages were unlabeled and did not contain a manufacturing source. Additionally observed the internal temperature of the RTE rice paper noodle packages at 62 degrees F. o

Specifically, the Food Entity is not registered as a Food Facility with FDA. Information regarding FDA Food Facility Registration was emailed to the operator. o A Supplemental Report was also issued during the visit which includes important information for management.

It is unlawful for any person to remove, use, or dispose of such detained or embargoed article or processing equipment by sale or otherwise without such permission in accordance with 500.172 (1) Florida Statutes.
