The consumer complaint was addressed with management during the visit.

Deli- Walk in cooler- Pans of Meatloaf made yesterday had internal temperatures of 44-46 degrees F. Measured Using a calibrated, accurate thermometer. COS- Meatloafs were voluntarily discarded by management in presence of inspector. See stop sale order and release. Deli- Walk in CoolerChicken and Ground beef prepared yesterday had internal temperatures of 42-44 degrees F.
