Comments: The Minimum Construction Standards checklist has been used in accordance with 500.12(2)(a) Florida Statutes by the food safety inspector to determine compliance before obtaining a food permit. Thank you for submitting your food establishment permit application. To complete the application process, you must remit payment in full. Payment by check or money order is also accepted but must be made payable to FDACS and remitted to Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, PO Box 6720, Tallahassee, FL 32314-6720. Food establishment began operating on August 2023. o 117.10 Citation Description: Clothing or other personal belongings stored in areas where food is exposed or where equipment or utensils are washed. 21 CFR 117.10(b)(7) Observation: Specifically, observed inside walk-in cooler, personal food items stored above dairy products to be used in the manufacturing of food. COS, personal food items were removed and properly stored. x 117.10 Citation Description: Employee did not remove all unsecured jewelry and other objects that might fall into food, equipment, or containers, or remove hand jewelry that cannot be adequately sanitized during periods in which food is manipulated by hand. Also, observed no paper towels, hand washing sign, and hand sanitizer at hand sink in processing area for ready to eat food. COS, paper towels and hand sanitizer was provided during inspection. x 117.37(a) Citation Description: Hand-washing facilities not adequate or convenient. 21 CFR 117.37(e) Observation: Specifically, in the processing area observed hand sink blocked by metal fork and knife stored inside the basin. Also in the ware-wash area observed hand sink blocked by a water filter stored inside the basin. COS, soap, rinse, and sanitizer solutions were provided and connected to ware-washer during inspection.
