Spoke by phone with director by of shared kitchen, Mr. Tomas Menendez, and he stated that he saw FE Frice Cream owner operating there one or two weeks ago. Inspector also visited FE Frice Cream retail location at 8300 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33138; and the retail shop was attended by employee and the operator was not there.
