In order to release the pending Stop-Use order for all processing in retail area, all self-service food items must be removed from consumer access. This includes all buckets containing Pickled Mackerel, salted and seasoned raw pork, and all Cured fish and pork. A visit was conducted in response to request # 5113677 The original Stop-Use Order for all processing in retail area issued on 03/25/2024 remains in effect. Food establishment can visit https://foodpermit.fdacs.gov or contact the Business Center at (850) 245-5520 when corrections have been made and/or when required documents have been obtained to request food safety inspector visit for written release of product and/or equipment. Failure to comply with the request for written release may or will result in Administrative Action. This check-back inspection conducted to verify compliance of food safety citations observed during previous inspection.
