Details of attempt to conduct a routine inspection are as follows: Upon arrival to food establishment, 9am 10/08/25, which was during their regular business hours, introductions were made, reason for visit was stated, to conduct a routine food inspection, asked to speak to the person-in-charge and requested access to the back of the house. The employee behind the counter stated that she was only a worker, that she was not allowed to open door and proceeded to call the person-in charge via telephone. After another introduction and stating reason for visit to the person on the phone, access was denied and she stated to come back another time when she was there. After stating our position and reason for visit numerous times access still denied. We informed person-in-charge of possible administrative actions and once again requested access to conduct the inspection and once again was denied.
