The inspection that is the subject of this report is a focused inspection by the Department to determine the Food Establishment’s compliance with Emergency Rule 5KER25-6. A copy of Emergency Rule 5KER25-6 was provided. Other products that were not evaluated during this inspection may be violative and cited at a later date.
