Comments: Stop Sale Order issued. Food establishment may visit https://foodpermit.fdacs.gov or contact the Business Center at (850) 245-5520 to request a written release of the Stop Sale Order. If the product contains a controlled substance, a court order obtained by a law enforcement agency may be required before the Department may release the product for destruction. Failure to obtain a written release from the Department prior to moving the stopped product or failure to comply with the terms of the Department's written release will result in Administrative Action. Bulk Kratom items have been placed under a bulk stop sale order. The inspection that is the subject of this report is a focused inspection by the Department to determine the Food Establishment’s compliance with Emergency Rule 5KER25-6. A copy of Emergency Rule 5KER25-6 was provided. Other products that were not evaluated during this inspection may be violative and cited at a later date. Products not cited or included in this report should not be assumed to comply with Florida law. It is the responsibility of every Food Establishment to ensure its products are compliant. Checks and money orders are to be payable to Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
