Copy of Employee health guide, Employee reporting agreement, and Guidance for written procedures for cleanup of vomit and diarrheal events documents provided. For a complete release of equipment, the food establishment must: install a hand sink with hot and cold running water and proper plumbing, properly install a drain line for the espresso machine so that it directly drains to the sewer, and properly clean (wash, rinse, and sanitize) the steam wand of the espresso machine. Trainee present during inspection. All violations verified by primary inspector. Re-inspection visit required issued for food establishment. A re-inspection will be conducted on or about 14 days. Stop Use Order issued for espresso machine and coffee grinder during inspection on 1/5/2024.
