Comments: This offsite visit is being conducted for correspondence received on 12/21/2022 by the Florida Department of Agriculture and FDA response to food entity Caribtrans and dated 02/04/2014 between Courtney Buchanan from FDA and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Based on the correspondence, FDA does not require registration for Caribtrans FE# 371990. As such, no violations of Chapter 500 of the Florida Statutes by Caribtrans, FE# 371990 occurred or was observed during the inspection dated 10/20/2022. Trainee present during inspection. All violations verified by primary inspector.
