SEVERAL CASES ON THE BOTTOM ROW OF BORDEN SPANISH GRADE A SHELF STABLE 2% REDUCED FAT MILK WHERE OBSERVED DAMAGED WITH MILK LEAKING ONTO ANOTHER FOOD PALLET STORED BELOW. FRUIT FLIES, TOO NUMEROUS TO COUNT, WERE OBSERVED ON THESE CASES OF DAMAGED PRODUCT. CORRECTED ON SITE: WAREHOUSE MANAGER IMMEDIATELY TOOK THE PALLET AND REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF THE DAMAGED CASES. x 117.80(c) Citation Description: Foods which can support the rapid growth of undesirable microorganisms not held in a manner that prevents the food from becoming adulterated by maintaining at a temperature of 41 degrees Fahrenheit (5 degrees Celsius) or below for refrigerated foods and 135 degrees Fahrenheit (57 degrees Celsius) or above for hot foods. 5K-4.002(1)(d), F.A.C.
