The issues described in request 5125573 were addressed with the person in charge during this inspection. No current ice test available. Food Entity is given 30 days (2/27/2025) to submit ice test results. If satisfactory test results are not provided within 30 days, a stop use order will be placed on the ice maker, a stop use on the bags and scoop used to package the ice and a stop sale on all packaged ice from that machine. Food Entity can email a copy of ice test results to [email protected] or call (850) 245-5520 for inspector visit when results have been obtained.
