Hemp products pursuant to 581.172, F.S. and Kratom products pursuant to 500.92, F.S. have been added to food establishment operations. Hemp extract products for human consumption must meet requirements as per 5K-4.034, F.A.C. and s. 581.217, F.S., which have been provided via email. Other products that were not evaluated during this inspection may be violative and cited at a later date. Products not cited or included in this report should not be assumed to comply with Florida law. It is the responsibility of every Food Establishment to ensure its products are compliant.
