Specifically, observed 76 boxes containing 6 bags with 5lbs of shredded low moisture mozzarella cheese stored on the upper shelves on the north east side in the walk-in freezer. No invoices to verify proof of source was provided. Operator stated that cheese were not for the firm, but were being stored on site for another party. A Supplemental Report was also issued during the visit which includes important information for management.
