Today's request, 5149920, was generated by the owner for an initial inspection. This is an existing establishment that does not require an initial inspection. The owner now states he wants to include Kratom to his current food permit. On January 28, 2026, the food establishment was visited by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and were found selling both Hemp and Kratom products without a permit. Hemp and Kratom products placed on Stop Sale shall remain on premises and may be violative and cited at a later date. As of today, 3/18/2026, Payment to include Hemp and Kratom to the existing food permit has not been made.

Failure to obtain a written release from the Department prior to moving the stopped product or failure to comply with the terms of the Department's written release will result in Administrative Action.
