Comments: The required hand wash sink, next to the ice machine and three compartment sink, has been installed, the mop sink has been repaired, and labels for the store bagged ice bags have been provided. However; the analysis for the store bagged ice is not available. The sample was collected and submitted on 10-23-23 and will not be ready for review until the end of this week. The current Stop Use remains on the ice machine until a negative ice test is available for review. This check-back inspection conducted to verify compliance of food safety citations observed during previous inspection.

Comments: Stop Use Order issued. Food establishment can visit https://foodpermit.fdacs.gov or contact the Business Center at (850) 245-5520 when corrections have been made and/or when required documents have been obtained to request food safety inspector visit for written release of equipment. Failure to comply with the request for written release may or will result in Administrative Action. This check-back inspection conducted to verify compliance of food safety citations observed during previous inspection. The owner is waiting for the contractor to install the hand wash sink next to the ice machine in the back room. The contractor will also be repairing the mop sink faucet. The Stop Use remains on the ice machine and the ice bagging operation.
