Comments: Arrived at 10:00 am and sign on door stated back at 11:00. Waited until 11:30. Spotted a worker mending crab traps he stated owner went to the DMV and should be back by 12.00. Owner's daughter arrived, she stated they only do Stone Crab for wholesale and their stone crab room is under renovation. Requested Stone crab records for last season and she stated her mom has the records at her house and she is away on vacation. Monica informed me that they will be starting season this year on October 15 and they start cooking the crab at 1am. Exchanged phone numbers to set up appointment in September. Unable to do a record review.
