Information to register has been emailed to food entity. o 117.10 Citation Description: Employees did not wash hands thoroughly (and sanitizing if necessary to protect against contamination with undesirable microorganisms) in an adequate hand-washing facility before starting work, after each absence from the work station, and at any other time when the hands may have become soiled or contaminated. 21 CFR 117.10(b)(3) Observation: Specifically, observed employee changing tasks, leaving processing area, and returning to continue working processing food without washing hands. COS, employee washed, sanitized hands and wore gloves to continue processing food.
