Comments: This on-site reinspection conducted on May 28, 2025, was to verify the correction of citations issued during the initial inspection on April 29, 2025. Observed that food entity's person in charge has begun Seafood HACCP training and completed Segment I. Sanitation records are now created, and the HACCP plan has been updated to incorporate the fich smoking process. A check back will be on or before June 20th, 2025. to verify the consistent use of created logs to record and verify that HACCP procedures are being followed.
