Roast beef chub was found with an internal temperature of 44 degrees F inside the deli meat display case. Employee stated they checked temperature one hour before and were found to be below 41 degrees F. COS: Item was moved to be rapidly cooled. Retail: Multiple items were found with an internal temperature over 41 degrees F inside the fruit and yogurt island display case near the hot bars. (Islandic Provisions yogurt 42 degrees F. Fage yogurt 45-47 degrees F.) The case was loaded higher than capacity. Employee stated they checked temperature within the past 2 hours and were under 41 degrees F. COS: All out of temperature items were voluntarily discarded. See supplement. Seafood: Multiple pieces of fish were found with an internal temperature of 42 - 44 degrees F inside the cold seafood display case. All out of temperature items were not in contact with the cold plate of the fridge.
